producer/vocalist Tombo
and producer/vocalist Nancy
have released four EPs
totaling up to twelve songs.
The dozen pieces
are all stuck
in slow motion,
floating in orbit
with damp eyes
and endless cigarettes.
Each piece feels like
when you try to run
inside a dream
and you can't pick
up any speed.
Their newest is also
their lengthiest:
the five song EP,
Just a Mistake I Made.
Picking up right
where they left off
with their last EP
(released less
than a month ago),
this project is a sorrowful,
free-flowing headtrip,
with Nancy beginning
with two solo tracks,
Tombo joining in on
the stunning “sapfire”,
and Tombo closing
out with two solo tracks.
