Art: Ruff Mercy

Prolific and signature producer

L'Orange went back in time

yet again to create

the backdrops for Marlowe,

a collaborative album

with MC Solemn Brigham.

The two turn headphones

into circus attractions,

B-movie sci-fi

from yesterday, bar-heavy raps

over manic instrumentals.

It's a trip through

time and space,

one I highly recommend

that you take.

While the album

contains plenty

to hold you over,

L'Orange and Solemn Brigham

have also released

three music videos

off of Marlowe,

including my personal

favorite, "Lost Arts",

which features overlay

animation from

Catherine Salisbury.
